Apple Briefly Hit 10%+ Share In India Smartphone Market

An interesting chart I noticed while going through a UBS report on the iPhone sales. Apple momentarily surpassed 10%/+ market share in India’s smartphone market in Q4 last year — a first for the company.

Things are cooling down again, however. In fact, UBS says that sales of iPhone units were down 7% (in May) year-over-year in India, but notes that the broader smartphone market is also down 7%.
