Not a single Indian app makes the top 10 by daily active users in India, according to India Dispatch’s analysis of Sensor Tower data.
The only Indian apps in the top 20 are PhonePe at #11 with 167 million daily active users and JioHotstar at #18 with 94 million.
Indian apps make up 35 of the top 100 and 123 of the top 300. In comparison, 44 US apps in the top 100, 74 in the top 300.
